Complete Maintenance Service is a minority-owned janitorial cleaning service established in

1990. Determined to better provide for the future of their growing family, co-founders Rodney and Karyn Jones opened for business. Equipped with the skills and knowledge he acquired over the 10 years he worked for a Public School district, Rodney began meeting with potential clients while Karyn would check for new leads, make cold calls and utilize her experience working in a front office environment. Finally, a referral from a friend successfully resulted in being awarded a cleaning contract with a prominent Law Firm on Cooper Street in Camden, New Jersey and remaining there for the next 15 years.

Throughout the 30 years since, Complete Maintenance Service has worked hard to earn the respect and trust of construction companies, real estate owners, facility managers and tenants in the New Jersey and Philadelphia region.
